Participant Feedback
Pimchanok T.
Bangkok · Freelance Designer
"I joined the freelancer program after two years of filing tax late and never quite knowing how much to set aside. The session on quarterly estimation alone was worth it. I'm still using the spreadsheet from session three."
Freelancer Financial Organisation · March 2025
Watcharee K.
Bangkok · Office administrator
"The digital tools program is not what I expected. I thought it would be about investing apps, but it's much more practical — budgeting, tracking, the basics. I now have one system that actually works instead of three I kept forgetting to open."
Digital Financial Tools · February 2025
Apirak S.
Bangkok · IT consultant (freelance)
"The nexorain.blog freelancer program gave me a clear view of my financial situation for the first time. The part I appreciated most was how direct the educators were about Thai tax rules — no vague disclaimers, just concrete information."
Freelancer Financial Organisation · January 2025
Naret W.
Nonthaburi · Salaried professional
"I joined the inflation program because I realised I didn't really understand why my savings felt like they were going backward despite me adding to them regularly. The answer was in the first session. The calculator they provide is genuinely useful."

Sumalee T.
Bangkok · Translator (freelance)
"I was sceptical before attending — I'd been to one of those free financial seminars and left feeling like I'd been in a sales presentation. nexorain.blog is nothing like that. The sessions were practical and the group was small enough that I could ask questions without feeling like I was slowing everyone down."
Freelancer Financial Organisation · February 2025
Kittisak P.
Bangkok · Small business owner
"My wife and I did the digital tools orientation together. It took us about a day to set everything up afterward and we've been running our household on the system since. Clear, no pressure, sensibly priced."

Participant Stories
Three accounts from participants that give a fuller picture of how the programs were used.
Pimchanok — Freelance Graphic Designer, Bangkok
Freelancer Financial Organisation
The situation
Two years into full-time freelancing, Pimchanok had a stable flow of clients but no structured way of managing income that arrived in irregular amounts. Tax filing was stressful and she regularly underestimated her quarterly obligations.
What the program covered
The four sessions walked through irregular income management, Thai withholding tax, deductible expense tracking, and building a buffer system. The freelancer toolkit included templates she could adapt to her existing invoicing workflow.
Outcome
Within six weeks she had a working income buffer, a simple record-keeping system, and a clear quarterly tax estimate. She described it as removing a chronic source of background stress — one that had been there since she started freelancing.
Narumon R. — Salaried employee, Suan Luang
Understanding Inflation & Purchasing Power
The situation
Narumon had been putting money into a fixed deposit account for years and had begun to notice the balance wasn't growing the way she expected when adjusted for cost of living increases. She wasn't sure whether her savings strategy was working.
What the program covered
The inflation program explained CPI and real vs. nominal returns, then worked through how these concepts applied to her specific situation using the Thai CPI calculator provided. The planning worksheet helped her model future savings in real terms.
Outcome
She gained a clear picture of what her savings were actually doing in real terms, and was better placed to make an informed decision about her savings approach going forward — not because nexorain.blog recommended anything, but because she understood the numbers herself.
Thanat S. — Recent graduate, Bangkok
Digital Financial Tools Orientation
The situation
Thanat had recently started his first job and wanted to establish good financial habits from the start. He'd downloaded several budgeting apps but hadn't managed to stick with any of them, mostly because the setup felt complicated.
What the program covered
The Digital Tools program helped him evaluate his app options against his actual spending patterns and configure the one that best suited the way he manages money. The second session covered his Thai bank's app features and the spreadsheet setup.
Outcome
He has used the same budgeting setup for the four months since the program. His comment: "I stopped switching apps because I finally understood which one was actually right for how I spend — and how to use it properly."
