We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion without notice.

3. Educational Nature of Services

4. Enrolment and Payment

4.1 Enrolment

Enrolment in a program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from nexorain.blog. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment.

4.2 Pricing

Program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. The fee applicable to your enrolment is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment

Payment methods and instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your enrollment. Full payment is required prior to the first session unless a written alternative arrangement has been agreed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by participant

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us as early as possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the first session: full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the first session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation after the first session has taken place: no refund for completed sessions; remaining sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

5.2 Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests when notified at least 48 hours in advance. Requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a session forfeit depending on circumstances.

5.3 Cancellation by nexorain.blog

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full reschedule or a pro-rata refund. We will not be liable for any indirect costs you incur as a result.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs — including text, layouts, guides, worksheets, calculators, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of nexorain.blog unless otherwise attributed. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal learning only.
